He's not the only one that fits the criteria, there were judges in Israel outside of the Book of Judges. I'm going to guess Samuel, who was his mother's first child, was the last judge of Israel, and his life story is in the OT.
are we suposed to be guessing someone from the BTLN Nation or could we be guessing anyone from anywhere at any perticular time

ya bent but Joel is a book in the old testament and so is jeramiah and BTLN guys share the same name as them
