Wow what a night! We had 60 guys at our Last Night of Btln! It was amazing! I am sure that this was a record for Last Night at Btln! We started the Last Night with Murderball! My team won the first two games fairly easily, but then lost the next two games. The last game was the closest of the five, it went back and forth at first, but in the end my team prevailed! We won 3-2! I have bragging rights all summer!
After Murderball we ate the 9 foot party sub! It doesn't take long for 60 guys to devour a 9 foot sub! Next we had a cake that Max made! It was awesome! The cake was in the shape of a Bible with 2 Timothy 2:1-3 written on it! (Also had a sword and torch behind the Bible!)
The Grad ceremony was next. All eight grads received their Bibles and dog tags and then they all received a piece of paper with the Btln Hebrew saying on it! After reading the English translation the grads ate the paper!
We had the traditional group photo and then it was time for Bulldog! Rik was in the middle to start after winning the Btln Masters. Maxwell quickly sacrificed himself so that he could take out John Van and clinch Winston! Congrats Maxwell, 2014 Winston Champion! Nate won Bulldog and his second Helmet of the year! Congrats Nate!
Once we were done with Bulldog we prayed and then the night at the gym was over!
The grade 11's and 12's and Alumni went to the Station for the traditional After party. The grads received their Btln Medallions at the After party. After more food and visiting Last Night and the Btln year were both over!
