Nathan adds to the list of champions

well brigade sunday was tonight (sunday) and it went really well! we even had alumni Dan T and his wife Tiff out which is very encouraging! we had the stockade group do verses and presentations. treeclimbers said a verse, grade 3's (my guys) said a verse and lifted a table with their fingers! the grade 4, 5's said a verse and did the leap of faith (falling backwards into the groups hands). and lastly the grade 6's did a story on Jesus walking on water which was done real well i thought. we then had Jason, Dev, and Charlie do passages from the verse list making it closer to creation fest good timez! Me and Jason H went up and im sorry to say no top ten and i know some people missed it but i hope what we did instead was good! me and jay put on a puppet show of a "typical night at battalion" as well as a ping pong reinactment and a may long show. needless to say people thought it was funny and i got a lot of positive feedback from a lot of people which is very encouraging so thank you! next all the guys got up and did two songs for everyone which is always fun! Howard Pike (one of the top guys in brigade) got up and spoke on the fact that we need to continue reaching out to others in our communitee thru brigade! he ecouraged us (well me at least) to keep going and that we are doing an awesome job here in GF and all in all he had a lot of good things to say about us and it was very good to hear! Pike ended the night on a very good note and we then proceeded to the gym where lance set up all our shirts, posters, computer with some sweet pics and other various nick nacks from battalion. in the gym the ping pong finale was taking place! best of 5 between nathan ball and David pod! i believe nathan won 3 games to 1 but it was good ping pong to say the least! so a big salute to Nathan Ball for adding a new name to the ping pong trophy! good work man! after that the night slowly ended with people leaving but after all is said and done i am very happy about what happened and im glad to be a small piece in the large picture God has created thru battalion! thanks to all the leasers who made this night happen! keep it real.
