The football trip is going to be $50.00 total for the ticket, gas and hotel. You will probably need another $20.00 for food.  If you have any questions give me a call or leave them in the comments.

2012 BTLN 3739 FOOTBALL TRIP

 

2012 Btln 3739 B.C. Lions football trip will be on Saturday, September 15th! There are fifteen seats on the Btln Bus and four are already taken. We will be going down on Saturday morning and driving home on Sunday. (We will be staying the night in a hotel with a waterslide.) Let me know if you can make the trip!

Friday it was Tenth Avenue North, Switchfoot and Ryley and the Supertones! Ryley was invited onto the Fringe stage to play a song with the Supertones! Definately one of my all time highlights at Creation!

Thursday was amazing! We watched The Wedding, The Rend Collective, Shonlock, Family Force Five and Thousand Foot Krutch! What a party!

Today (June 9, 2012) Ben and Shayna are getting married! It is impossible to measure the impact Ben has had on Btln 3739. I thought I would make a timeline of Ben's Top Ten moments in Btln 3739. The Top Ten does not include anything that Ben has done since he has graduated. Picking a Top Ten was not easy and could have included so many other moments but these were the first things that came to mind.(Many other moments are coming to mind as I type.)

2012 BTLN 3739 MEMORY WORK LEGENDS

 

In 2012 we had six guys from Btln 3739 that completed the Memory Work!  Six guys in one year is a new Btln 3739 record! The previous record was five guys and it was set back in 2003 and tied in 2009. THE 2012 MAYLONG!

 

 

 

Another Maylong is in the books! First off, congrats to Devin Chursinoff and Eli Podovinikoff (Back to back years for Eli!) for their Maylong Cribbage Tourney win!
This year we held the first ever Treadmill Creek Regatta! The guys spent time building boats Friday night and then on Saturday we all walked up the path and put the boats in the creek. The guys were allowed to use a Regatta Stick to push their boats if they were to get stuck in a log jam but were not allowed to touch anyone elses boat. The boats went into the creek and the race was on! The guys ran beside the creek and through the creek with their Regatta sticks to help their boats along. Devin had the best looking boat but his boat could not compete with Noah and Ben's! Congrats to Noah and Ben, First Annual Treadmill Creek Regatta Champions!
We played Apple Toss, Risk, Cribbage and Poker. Some hiked to the falls, went swimming and fishing. The weekend was busy but also very relaxing!
So many good memories! Can't wait until Maylong 2013!
